This package is for the couple that need an event planner to walk with them through every step of the wedding planning process. Rest assured that you will be well taken care of.

 

This package includes: 

  • A wedding coordinator and assistant wedding coordinator to assist with planning, the rehearsal and wedding day

  • Unlimited planning appointments before the wedding date to finalize the details.

  • Two walk through at venue, (thereafter we will charge  a fee for transportation)

  • Assistance with choosing a venue for the ceremony and reception.

  • Creating and maintaining a wedding expense sheet and payment schedule.

  • Provide a detailed timeline for all contracted vendors.

  • Assistance with setup diagrams for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.

  • Supply you with a list of suggested professional vendors within your budget and style.

  • Design & Décor ideas and planning.

  • Assisting with layout and décor of venues.

  • Keeping an updated list of all guests attending the rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception.

  • Unlimited advice via phone, what's app, video or email.

  • Arranging hotel and transportation accommodations for traveling guests. 

  • Review contracts of the vendors you have chosen.

  • Listen to your ideas and wants in order to create a concept and a flow of the wedding.

  • Coordination of rehearsal, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.

  • four hours for the rehearsal and up to 8 hours on the wedding day.

  • Supervision of venue(s) setup for ceremony and reception (flowers, tables, aisle runner, guest book, etc.) and reception (flowers, cake table, catering, staff).

  • Wedding items placement/setup (unity candle, wedding programs, place cards, favors, guestbook, gift box, cake topper, cake cutting set, sparklers etc.).

  • ​Distribute flowers to the wedding party and assist with pinning.

  • Act as a liaison between you and your vendors to insure that your ideas are carried out and activities are kept on time. 

  • Coordination all reception details such as grand entrance, first dance, toasting, cake cutting, grand exit, etc.

  • Keep wedding party and families stress free within reason.

  • Take care of any last minute details.

Partial Package

This package is for the couple that need a wedding planner to meet them in the middle of their wedding planning process. You have already chosen some of your vendors, but you need help completing your vendor search and finishing all of your wedding planning for your wedding day. We can jump in at any point of your wedding planning process and ensure that you have a flawless wedding day. 

 

This package includes: 

  • A wedding coordinator and assistant wedding coordinator to assist with planning, the rehearsal and wedding day.

  • 2 planning appointments before the wedding date to finalize the details.

  • One walk through at venue, (thereafter will be charge a fee for transportation)

  • Assistance with choosing a venue for the ceremony and reception.

  • List of the best vendors in the city.

  • Provide a detailed timeline for all contracted vendors and the wedding party.

  • Assistance with setup diagrams for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.

  • Supply you with a list of suggested professional vendors within your budget and style

  • Design & Décor ideas and planning.

  • Assisting with layout and décor of venues.

  • Unlimited advice via phone. Skype or email.

The Andean ceremony of the Union with the bless of the PachaMama is a native ritual, mystical and sacred, It held by a Chaman, along with all the forces of nature. in this act, are all the Sacred Deities considered by the Peruvian Andean people as the Andean Duality that is composed by the APUS (Mountain Spirits), which represent the masculine side and THE PACHAMAMA (Mother Earth) representing the Woman along with them the Water as an element that represents the Purity and the Fire that symbolizes the Way or the Force. For many centuries the Andean people of Peru, continuing this traditions of their descendants at the Incas's time, keeping the practice of these ceremonies, since they consider as Sacred the perfect union between man and woman, so that they prosper and leave their happiness in hands of the PACHAMAMA who provides them with both material and immaterial abundance and of course the protection of the APUS who are guardians against any enemy, the sole witnesses of this magical and sacred union.
